September 15, 2012...I sit in front of my computer. Reviewing for the 100th time. Making sure its all correct, making sure I left nothing out. Click click click XX clicks then submit.
My throat feels dry and clogged. This is it, the day I have been waiting for, the day when it all becomes real. The day I applied for Pediatric Residency! I can't believe it was here! Now we wait. We wait for programs to invite us for interviews, we wait to hear where we will end up 6 months after traveling for 3 months, interviewing around the US. We wait and realize this is where it all begins.
I wait anxiously not knowing what to expect. Praying for the best, wishing I could fast forward. Instead the only thing I can do is let this process unfold.
